Condition Guide
These are retail returns and overstock, so condition varies — and we grade every single lot so there are no surprises. Here's exactly what each grade means.
NEW
New / Sealed
Factory-sealed, never opened. As close to store-shelf as it gets.
LIKE NEW
Open Box — Like New
Opened but appears unused and complete, in excellent shape. Often a return that was never actually used.
OPEN BOX
Open Box — Good
Opened, complete, fully functional, with light cosmetic wear or imperfect packaging.
DAMAGED
Damaged
Cosmetic or functional damage — described and photographed. Priced accordingly; bid with eyes open.
SALVAGE
Salvage / Parts
Sold for parts or repair. May be incomplete or non-functional. For tinkerers and flippers.
A few honest notes
- We don't test for function unless noted. Stock images show the original product; the actual photos show the exact item you're bidding on — always check them.
- All sales are final, sold as-is. No warranties, no returns. That's how we keep prices at pennies on the dollar.
- Inspect at pickup before you leave — missing-item claims can't be verified once an order leaves the warehouse.
