Every item is a separate lot that starts at $1 with no reserve. Lots run three to four days. They close one an hour through the evening, between 4 and 10 PM, so you are never watching a clock all day. You place a max bid — the most you're willing to pay — and our system bids for you in small increments, only as high as it needs to keep you on top. You're charged automatically when the auction closes if you win.

A 15% buyer's premium is added to your winning hammer price, plus a $2 per-item fee, plus Florida sales tax. Example: win at $40 → $40 + $6 premium + $2 fee + tax. All shown on your invoice before you ever pay — and store credit is applied first.

These are customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulls — so condition varies. Every lot is graded (New, Like New, Open Box, Damaged, Salvage) and most have actual photos of the exact item alongside the stock photo. Inspect the photos and the grade before you bid. All sales are final, sold as-is.

After you pay, book a free 10-minute pickup slot at our Sarasota warehouse (Tuesday to Friday, 4–7 PM). Bring a photo ID matching your account name and your pickup code. Items not collected within 7 days are forfeited.

No — we're local pickup only right now, and we don't deliver. Everything is collected at our Sarasota warehouse. Keeping it local is how bidding can start at $1 and pickup stays free.

Only if you win, and only when the auction closes. We keep a card on file so checkout is automatic. If a charge fails we retry and email you; after several failures the lot is forfeited and a strike is recorded on your account.

A balance on your account from refunds, promotions, or referrals. It's applied automatically at checkout before your card is charged. See your balance under Store Credit.

No — bids are binding commitments to buy. Bid only what you're prepared to pay. If you're outbid, you're released automatically and owe nothing.
