Two easy ways to get your loot: swing by our Sarasota warehouse, or have eligible lots shipped to your door.
Local Pickup — free
The default for every lot, and always free.
- Book a 10-minute appointment after you pay (Mon–Wed afternoons).
- Check in from your car — our team brings your order out and loads it up.
- Bring a photo ID matching your account and your pickup code.
- Pick up within 7 days — unclaimed items are forfeited per our Terms.
Nationwide Shipping
Available on lots marked Shippable.
- Ships to the lower 48 states, ~2-day average transit.
- Free shipping on select lots; otherwise calculated by size & destination.
- Choose a saved address at checkout — manage them under Profile → Delivery.
- Large or oversized lots are pickup-only.
